Deliveries

Monday to Friday

Same day deliveries can be made in the Sydney Metropolitan Area for orders placed before 10.00am.
Same day deliveries to local suburbs need to be placed by 2.00pm
Interstate orders must be placed before 12pm for same day deliveries.
Overseas orders take a minimum of 24hours

Saturday

All local and interstate orders need to be placed before 10am for a same day delivery.

Sunday and Public Holidays

Deliveries on Sunday and Public Holidays is not available.

Other Delivery Conditions

Orders placed after the above times will be delivered by the next business day.
Where the recipient isn’t home your order will be left in a safe place near the entrance and a calling card in the letter box or under the door. If there isn’t a safe place to leave the order a calling card will be left asking the recipient to call the shop for pick up.
Where a re-delivery is required an additional fee will apply.
Any special delivery information like security block or a place to leave the order will help insure a safe delivery.

Alcohol

Alcohol sold through this site can only be done in conjunction with gift hampers and flowers and not to persons under the age of 18.

Pricing

All orders are shown in AUD and include GST. Delivery to Sydney metropolitan area (defined by the postcodes 2000-2166, 2190 and 2234) = $15. Orders outside above delivery area = $20.

The standard price is representative of the product pictured. The premium price indicates an increase in size and/or flower & container value.

Product

The designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to seasonal availability. In some cases substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfill your orders.

Returns & Cancellations

If an order needs to be cancelled for any reason please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been completed even if not delivered cannot be cancelled.

We are committed to providing the best quality flowers and understand that orders you request are very important and should be delivered to your instructions. However there may be occasions where you have concerns regarding your order meeting expectations.

In such cases we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to resolve the matter.

When such problems are raised within 24hrs of delivery we can if deemed necessary replace the product ordered. We would then need the original product to be made available for pick up and replacement.
